She spent 20 years prior in advertising leveraging her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Michigan State University.

Michelle spent much time traveling globally with her fast-paced adtech career drawing from the many cultures and designers she's found inspiring throughout her journeys. Taking her love for design, understanding construction and the business world was the perfect partnership to combine passions and
create a MC Home Designs with Carrie.
Leo has a degree in Chemical Engineering, an expert Program Manager with 45 years experience as a licensed commercial and residential builder. His ability to create custom pieces and remain on schedule with projects makes him the perfect contractor for any job.
